Default windshield wiper noise

I searched thinking maybe this was a common problem since I've changed the wipers and still have the issue but maybe I'm crazy. Nearly everytime I use the wipers (except for right at 50mph) they seem to drag across the windshield and make that loud friction noise leaving small lines across the window as it 'skips'. Does anyone else have this problem or is it just my ride? I tried adjust the wipers from summer/winter mode but that didn't help any.

I would suggest buffing out your windsheild. Maybe there is some kind of sap on them that is catching the blade. Take a flat razor blade, and go over the lines that the wiper leaves. There is deffinatelly someting there that is lifting your wiper up and leaving the streak.

Don't have the right pad for my PC right now so I may try the clay solution since I have some of that too. Thanks, guys.
