anyone with a 20x10 with 38 offset running 285x30?

You'd have to shave pretty much the whole fender lip to be sure. I have 20x10 + 38 with 275/30 and I had to shave half the lip off.

 

i have 20x10 with a 47 offset and a 285 tire nd im good, no ribbing and no fender mods yet.

 

Yup, I was running 20x10 +35 with 285/30-20 and had to remove the rear arch guard and cut the fenders.
No biggie- it's only a car, after all (well, it's not like I had to cut my arm off!)

Now I am running 20x10.5 +41 with 285/30-20- sits the same relative to the fender.
Will switch to 20x11 +47 and 305/25-20 when the Yokohama Advan Sport arrives.

 

Cant wait to see the 305 in the rear What wheels will you be mounting those on?

tturbopimp has 305 but i havent seen the pix with them mounted only the tire.

 

Not to take anything away from TT since he is the man for the monster he is building but who do you think he consults with about the wheel setup? If it seems similar, now you know why.

I'm looking at a thin set up myself.

Running with 20 x 11 rear & 20 x 9 front. I get my offset advice from the same expert as the others just mentioned.

Got the rear 295/25-20

Once the front tires are in I'll post.

Damn two months to wait still.
