Does anyone know if there is a separate tweeter in the Mark Levinson speaker at the drive side rear doors or is it one of those coaxial type? I was playing around with the Fade and Balance yesterday and noticed that my driver side rear door speaker was lacking high frequency response therefore music sound muffle. I can play at high volume with no problem therefore there is not problem with midrange speaker. Could it be the crossover? The passenger side rear door sounds crisp. Just my luck the warranty just expired 4/2/05. Should of checked the speakers before it expired. I check that the replacement will cost $190 plus $20 for shipping from Steve at Carson Toyota. The car is going in to the dealer to check on what maybe the problem. Hope it is not with the ML Amp.

Anyone have a spare ML speaker they want to sell?

Most likely its the crossover.

That sucks. Can't purchase crossover by itself from Lexus. Guess I may have to purchase a new speaker at $210 plus labor. Maybe I can live with it until the new GS450h or GS460 is available. May just let the next owner deal with it. Can't notice the problem unless the fader and balance is used to drive only that speaker by itself.
