yeah the 01+ wheel with audio control won't work on the 98-00 (the audio part)

i was referring to slickgt1's post, he has a gs430

slickgt1, you can just get any wood wheel from the 01+ gs430 and that's fine

in fact, the audio module is detacheable, you don't need to get another one

Looks great. Same wheel as my wife's RX300. Slippery when wet (the wheel, that is).
I'd love to put an upgraded sporty leather wheel on my GS but don't want to lose the e-shift.

Cool steering wheel

Well thanks for all the comments/// I love the new feel of the wood wheel.. feels like it's a newer car. Anyway, I got a hook up on the steering wheel and airbag.. and my buddy put it on for me at lexus. The ones on e-bay are sometimes mostly usually not exactly as pictured or described... But, I got lucky I guess considering the prices for these new... And no, I don't have the audio controls, but don't need them since my radio will not support it anyway. I have yet to istall the new 01+ pioneer stereo with rds and traf and that sort a stuff..... Keep you posted. I am going to whiten up the display again to match the dash.... oh, and also working on the dimmer for the dash... I want it bright all the time since I have the manual dimmer controller...
