it really wouldn't be that hard at all if you are in it to make money. I was contemplating making a UGO replica out of wood for the cast , its just the initial time consumption to make the base form fitting on the GS that was the hard part, the rest could be measured for its accuracy in an even form. Like i said, its time consuming but once you make one you can use it to make a fiberglass mold.

luckily I came up w/ a UGO from another member but when I was thinking of seriously doing it I was thinking of trying out on styrofoam. and seeing if I can clay a mold out of that... it would be much simpler.

Yes it will be time consuming to get the first one out.

very true, but in that aspect i always wonder how many you have to make and sell before you start to break even

if you glass the wood then you would install like the original. but i would use the wood to make a mold.if you paper mache then you would have to glass it as well styrofoam would be pretty ez to use for a mold, once you make a mold go to a fiberglass specialist to bang them out.i live in mass, around here there are alot of boat repair shops that would prob be able to make them or find a surf shop if you are in cali to make them, dude will bang em out narly man
