i don't think it's that easy to make one. you gotta make it look symmetric left and right since it's at the top and easy to spot. maybe use clay to do it and when mold it off?

I dont think it will be easy at all, otherwise a lot of people would do it themselves. LIke rom said it will have to be symmetrical and if its off slightly it will be easy to tell.

duct tape!!!! The answer to all problems. Start with a roof spoiler and finish with decales.

PS: Dont get 1 from Lextacy.com.....
I think they are being sued for faulty spoilers and blowing everyone off.

Well, they do make different colored duct tape now ya know.

I believe the hardest part in the whole process is fabricating an accurate mold. Once you have a satisfactory mold, then away you go.

a competent wood worker would be able to make one out of wood in no time, then all you have to do is glass it, i had one made for my sc400 before by an old roommate, he was bored after finishing the system and decide to make a roof spoiler out of wood since he was in a creative mood, after he was finished we glassed and painted it.

Clay is your best friend. Now to make it smooth or symmetrical or have some real design to it, would be up to your artistic hands.

I came with this idea because someone at my work told me that they can do one out of wood. I am not sure if that'll be something easy to do.

you must have made more difficult stuff in wood working shop in ur highschool days.a roof spoiler is not that hard to shape out of wood with an electric sander.the worst thing that could happen is you end up with a whole bunch of saw dust . you can get creative with it buy experimenting with different shapes.
