Electronic Factory Service Manual?

Electronic Factory Service Manual?
Anyone out there know if the Factory Service Manual exists in an electronic format? Like PDF or something? I know that the TSB has electronic material, and was wondering if was available (for purchase of course) somewhere.
I have one for my 240sx and it is so much easier because you print out what you need and you can get it all greasy, just print out a fresh one when you need more into.
Besides I think we spend too much time in front of the PC - why not add some more time

i don't know what site it is, but i know there is some place where you pay like 300 bucks and you get to see the repair manuals for most cars out there
i don't know if those places offer one time fee for electronic copy though
ask body shops or mechanic shops, a lot of them start to use it

I have Mitchell's On Demand on a CD. It's pretty good. Tons of info....got it for like $20 on E-bay. I wish there were more step by step pics in it though...but it is pretty thorough...I supposed I could burn a couple of them for a few bucks...

Yeah, I downloaded the manual from the toyota site. I printed it out. Took me a whole work day to print it out. You have to go into each link, print a few pages, then go out click on another link print those few pages and keep repeating until you get all 2700 pages or so. I skipped a lot of pages that I now regret. But I will do it again for a day and get the rest of the pages that I missed.
$10.00 a day is a damn good deal. And the pictures are EXCELLENT. It is EXACTLY what the techs use.

For $10.00 per day, you get to download to your hearts content. Make sure you have the time and a good high speed connection. The $10.00 per day actually means that you get until midnight of the following day. I signed up on a Saturday morning and had access until Sunday at Midnight, about 36 hours total. The only problem with this is no index. (At least I never found one) So, I did a Shift/Print screen at all of the subchapters of the site. That copies an image of the page to the clipboard. Next I brought up my trusty Word program and pasted the image. Ended up with a Word document that was 52 pages long, but at least I got a basic index. I am now in process of extracting the listed service titles and matching them up to the PDF files. Plan on converting it all to PDF when done. I suspect that there are hyperlinks in the document that are not listed in the page index. When I get done, I will go back and pick these up also.
