oven at 250 for like 5 min. make sure you watch it and take off all of the hardware. is that what you are asking. to do a head light mod.you might have to redo the oven thing acouple of times. i have used a hiar dryer for the rears but the oven worked way better.

ps dont take off the clear cover on the level,

Leave the optics in place. Once the headlight is prepped, preheat your oven to 350 degrees for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, turn the oven off and place your headlight assembly inside. Put it on the highest rack away from the hot burners. Let the headlight sit in there another 8 minutes or so and remove it. The rubbery adhesive around the edges should be very soft. Use a clean blade, screwdriver, or straight edge to pry the cover apart from the backing. There may be plastic clips that are holding them together too. Make sure you don't contaminate the adhesive with dirt or oil. Once you have to two pieces apart, use a light cleaning fluid and wash the cover and free-form reflector. Don't mess with the optics. When you're satisfied, just do the removal process in reverse.
thanks trulux found this too
