Does anyone make 2nd gen headlights w/glass
I know toyota upgraded the supra with glass in 97. Its a clean mod. Is it know to anyone where someone can get our headlights made from glass?

umm, could be nice, but how is it different from our headlights since they are both clear? maybe glass is even clearer, but i am not sure about rock chips?

rather have plastic, you can always sand off the minor rock chips and polish it back up. Glass you'll have to live with it.

Hmm wonder who gonna mold the glass to our headlights, that would be like having a gucci bra made for our car.

my thoughts
I can rub and rub, but sometimes I am just not happy with the look of my headlights. The glass would not be as problematic imo.

I don't think glass would be a good option imo, a rock chip could crack it and theirs no sanding it down. i had my headlights wetsanded recently and was amazed by the look and finish when done, try that...

The Lexus LX470 has glass headlights. Glass is much heavier and will eat up the gas. Besides, i couldn't tell if the LX470 had glass until I touched it.
