Hmm nice, I might get some polycarbonate, I think thats what it is called, its the same stuff the headlight reflectors are made out of. Anyway If I do get some there going to be 7x7 inch flat boards, I might use them on my own retrofit.

when I was thinkign of my projector mod in the first place I had originally planned for the X5 projectors..... I know you can get sheets of real Carbon Fiber sheets for approx $60 to fabricate some beauty rings to cover the gap. All you need is a real good set of sissors and a dremel to smooth out the edges.... just a thought for you guys doing retro's.....!!! pm me if you have any questions.... or send me a paper/wood template and I can make you a CF set for you.

S2000 projectors are very small for GS headlights. In my old retro I have Valeo projectors ( same size as S2000) I have Audi A4 shrouds to cover up empty area around projectors. Without shrouds small size prijectors looks like little dots.

-i will have s2k bezels to cover the projectors so its going to look more "full"
-hey vicestan i posted incorrectly i bought polycarbonate boards of 8x10... when i was adjusting the projectors earlier i noticed it got real hot pretty fast..im worried that its not going to hold up against the heat.

Josh, do a test , turn your car on and let the 1 projector run for about 30 mins, cover it up so there is no air circulation to simulate actually headligh conditions. I said polycarbonate, but im not sure what its called maybe its that but all I know is the stuff that im supposed to get is the same stuff the reflector is made out of its like a ceremic plastic type of a material. Just do a simple test and then you can be sure.
