Well if you guys are going to darknights ( i think i am) we could all meet up there. its really big show and its near the US boarder so we might get some people from there too, its july 7/8 and markham fairgrounds 10801 McCowan Rd. whereever the hell that is...

its not racing tho... sound, hydrolics, showoff cars...

maybe it would be better to go to the one on aug 11/12 which is racing as well at Cayuga International Dragway Park. its about 1 hour away from the GTA

1040 Kohler Rd. Cayuga Ontario

info: 416.266.1318

i'm just reading this two page ad and getting all the info out i can, its not well organised and there are no maps so...

also try this: Darknights

2SAVVY, Wheel Direct gave me a very good price and they make me promise not to tell anyone the exact price I paid. However, without any discount, you are looking at $5800 out the door (rim, tire, balancing, everything). If anyone in TO wants wheels from them, talk to Colin or Allen.

Yes, the shaking ....... well, I went back to the shop (Wheel Direct) today and spend the whole day there trying to resolve this problem. The hub ring was already there, they did put it on the first time. However, they think the ring have some defect, so they replace it with new rings for the back. The rattling of the seats disappear after that. The next 4 hours was working on twiking the front. They tried without ring, new ring, roll the tire a bit, rebalance ... finally come out with a reasonable handle around 100km/h. It still have a minor shaking on the steering wheel, but consider I have 20's, it ain't too bad.

Thumb up for Wheel Direct, they did a lot of work and no extra charge!
GS - T.O.? What costs $5800? I just found a price for this rim in silver 20x8.5 for $355 each.....What tires are you using? Thanks, Tiny

Hi Tinygs,

The price I posted was in Canadian. If you convert it to US dollar, it's about $3600. Then take away the higher tax and shipping cost to here, I think it will probably be around $3300 US.

The tire I got is Toyo Proxes T1-S (245/35-20), same for all four wheels. I don't know their price in US, but I do know that they are not cheap.

Hope this helps.

Talking I think you car looks good with the zenetti

My wife drives a GS400. It is a decent car for her. I think that the zenetti wheels are great for a lexus. I would put more expensive wheels on the lexus but the csr to me is just not worth it. I can not see any reason why to put $5000 wheels on a $45000 car. That's spending around 1/10 of the cars worth on wheels. Do get me wrong, I really like my g400 but I don't think that the car deserves $5000-6000 wheels.

Good job with the zenetti's they are great wheels, they look great and as long as you like them that's all that matters. Don't let the haters get you down.

TinyGS - on a 8.5" rim, I would do no bigger than 255...but 245 looks better. I wouldn't do a 265 in the rear...besides, what's the point? You still won't be able to rotate. You might as well get the correct size rear rim to stagger it.

8.5" with a 245 in front, 9.5" with a 275 in the back. That's what I recommend.
