if it was up to me i would try to buy a grounding kit with the modulator? its suppose to stabilize the current better/more?

Jeez, the shipping charges are way more than the grounding kit. I don't really know if the $100 kits do anything or not, but its hard to imagine that the 99 cent kit is worth the effort to install.

LOL! Them shipping charges on ebay are killer aren't they?! Is it proven that these things even work? If not, i'd rather spend an ebay price and try it out and see if it's effective. If it is, i can always upgrade.
