Unhappy L-tuned sideskirt issues

Has anyone run into issues installing their L-tuned side skirts? I just installed mine today and the right skirt doesn't fit flush against the frame. The left skirt looks fine. Is this normal or should I give Sewell Lexus a call? Any help would be appreciated.

Here's the right front door showing the gap. You can see the white screw mounts if you look closely.

Here's a picture of the right rear door. The gap isn't as big, but it's still noticeable.

Just for comparison, here's the left front door. The skirt is flush against the frame.

All of the 9 screws were in place. I was unable to install some of the mounting clips underneath.

When I removed the screws, i noticed that the skirt has a gentle bend, which may explaing why it's not lining up.

Hey Chris! Nice meeting you at the meet. Do you have access to a heat gun?

Hey Ryan, it was a surprise to meet you on Saturday. Thanks for the advice, but it looks like it's not just a simple mounting issue.

Would a heat gun be used to make the polyurethane more pliable and bend it into place?

If the skirt has a bend in it, you may need to flatten it flush against the body by putting pressure on it, BEFORE you put those screws in. The problem you may be having is if the screws are threading into the skirt, they reach the end of travel and will not pull the skirt in any further toward the body, unless you strip the screw in the skirt. If you push the skirt in all the way flush, the screws will go all the way in and keep it there. The plastic is not strong enough to keep its own bend if the screws are put in right.

I guess I'll give that a shot. In the meantime, I haven't had any luck getting a hold of Darrel Diller at Sewell this entire week. Hopefully I hear from him soon since I'm looking to order some other parts too.
