yes it's the autoshades one. it's about as basic as it gets. i've had it up for about a week now and it hasn't fallen apart like a suction cup pepboys version my friend has. the only problem is that it requires that you use adhesive hooks stuck to the top of the back glass, which could be a problem if your car is tinted. i went to home depot and found some hooks that had a long enough attachement base that i was able to attach it under the headliner.

the other problem i have is that if all the windows, including the sunroof, is open, it obviously causes a great deal of turbulence inside the car and that shade really starts flapping
