need advice on rim buy!!

i ordered rims from this guy a while back and he still hasnt sent them, i call this guy daily to get a tracking number and he always has some kinda excuse. Usually he says i'll call u back or i sent them already.. i'll get the tracking number to u.. etc.. well on his web site it says there is a 25% restocking fee if i cancel!! so thats like $700.. is there anything i can do? i called the credit card company and they said they r not sure they can contest the restocking fee since its stated on the web site.. they wont know till i actually contest it.. then it might be too late and i'll be screwed payin $700!!!! any advice would greately be appretiated!!!

try to contest w/ your credit card co. and tell them you never received the goods. have them deal w/the wheel guy. if he wants to stay in the business w/the ability to use credit card charge, he would prob think twice.

Can you tell us the website so other CL members can be aware of him. How long have you been looking at this site before u ordered it? How long has it been?
