Default Clunking Sound

Gang:

My GS4 is making a "clunking" sound on the passenger side when I go over bumps or pot holes. My suspension is all Stock, but I do have 18" rims on. I have NOT heard this sound before, until a few weeks ago I packed 5 people (including myself) into the vehicle for a little ride, nothing crazy, just normal driving. While making a turn to go up a ramp I left the left rear end bottom out.

Does anyone possible know what could be causing this sound? As I indicated it's only coming from the passenger side.

Sounds like the bushing on your LCA.

I had a similar issue on my CPO. The dealership replaced some sort of suspension mounts on both sides under warranty and the sound went away. I don't remember what the parts were called but aparently they are just inside the top of the shock towers.

Hope this helps.
