Default Which color? Help me out...

Ok, I know this could go in the brake section but it isn't tech, plus I need my fellow CL members help. I was going for the G35/350Z brembo gold color. Painted one gold and just not sure now if it is goign to flow. I want that JDM look though. Or I can play it safe and go with the silver/aluminum color. Either choice will have a Black Supra script with red line under it when I decide. So, which one?

damn jeff...i've considered the gold, red, silver, and black for mine with the RMM script instead of supra. on your blue i'd probably lean toward the silver/aluminum. especially with the script you're going to use. both look cool IMO though.

I agree with everyone else. I just dont think gold will look right. Maybe you could try to have someone PS it for you to see what it would look like

Thanks for the input guys. I guess it is pretty overwhelming that the choice will be silver. I think it will flow better with the stuff I have planned too.

I say stick w/ black..... Gold should only be w/ either Endless or Brembo... Silver might make your wheel setup look unbalanced from the profile. Not entirely sure, it might work though, try it out!

Well, the gold tone is very cool and also less common but I don't think it will look well integrated if it is the only gold accent seen on the exterior of the car. If you have the time available to get it done, look into powder coating those calipers. More expensive but gives a very superb and durable finish. The color selection is very extensive as well. You could have silver, chrome, black, or any color you can imagine. Could even match body color if you wanted to. Takes longer and is more expensive than paint but the finish is practically indestructable
