buying used car warranty for 99 gs400... what should i be looking out for?
i've been looking around online and this place keeps coming up:

ne1 have any experiences with them?
also wondering what specific items i should be looking for in coverage on the gs400... eg. what are the common failure items in the transmission.

I don't know what your experience w/ Lexus is, but I think an extended warranty is a waste of money for these cars. Keep up the maintenance & they are all almost flawless.

after reading all the posts on this forum about people with higher mileage lexuses that have had their trans fail, heater core leak, or rear main engine seal let go... i don't think i have enough faith

If you can handle dropping $20k on a car, you can handle the small probability it will require expensive work.
