Is it O.k to have a spoiler with no light on the spoiler for my GS400? I remember reading somewhere that you must have three rear braking lights. If you have a spoiler that covers the braking light inside your car would this be illegal to drive with??

If you leave the original high brake light (CMHSL?) on the package shelf functional you'll be OK adding a spoiler without a brake light. (And the spoiler will not totally block the stock brake light.)
