Newbie Q: How to debadge
#1
I've found stuff in the archives about debadgng, but not *how to* debadge. Obviously, I've never done it before and am a little apprehensive.
I've heard about using a hair dryer and some fishing line to lossen and remove the glue...is that all?
FWIW, I'm planning on removing the name plate LEXUS on the left first. Once I see how it looks, I might remove the 'GS' in front of the '400' too.
TIA

Why?
Dexter,
why would you want to debadge a GS4, I've seen guys do it to a GS3 before and understand why, but if you have HID's most people will know its a 4 anyway, at least where I am. Its rare to see GS3's with HID.

Really though, its just for a cleaner look, and from the rear, if they don't think it's a 4, I'll be the polite southern gentleman that I am and let em know by gently accelerating
Like I mentioned first off, I'm thinking about removing the 'GS', *not* the '400'
