i'm new here and looking for info on dealers in NJ. i have contacted two, namely difeo on rt 22 and warnock on rt 10. if anyone has experiences good or bad with these dealers please let me know.
i am looking to pick up a gs300, new or cpo - haven't decided. sounds like they have some good incentives going. any tips here would be appreciated too.

just for your ref. gs300 here in LA dealers are giving GOOD/HUGE discount. for the premium pkg ones, you can get them close to invoice. sometimes it cracks me up to see CPO ones are almost the same price as new ones.

I don't really post much here, but my parents both own Lexus from DiFeo on 22. My mom got her RX there in September and my dad got his GS430 in December. They gave us a really good price on both compared to other dealers and the people there are very nice to deal with. Our sales person was very helpful and knowledgable, I beleive his name was Peter Chen. I always see a lot of GS3s in stock there and am sure you will find one that you are happy with, but one thing I have read a lot of guys on this board say is instead of getting a new GS3 you might want to look at a pre-owned GS4 (cant beat the V-8). Hope this post helps.

 

I have been told that here in the NE, all GS3's come with premium package - can anyone tell me if this is true? I just checked on carsdirect and they are $39k w/ the premium package, $38k invoice. That's some price drop - last month I was quoted $43k!

I'd love to get the GS4 but IMHO the gas price bubble won't break while I own this next car

actually the V-8 430 engine is very efficient, its gas mileage is almost identical to gs3.

another member was suggesting a slightly used gs400. i have seen a few '00 gs4 w/~10-15k miles and practically new(some demos) for ~$39-41k.

but the price on new gs3 is very attractive right now.

just to let you know, last october i was able to special order a GS300 with the ML pkg from a lexus dealer in Long Island. i was quoted 42.5K.
however 2 months after i ordered the GS3, i changed my order to the GS430

 

Yeah, they told me I could do that, but I've heard stories about special orders being "lost in the shuffle" (sold to someone else). Anyway, the current pricing is very attractive.
