I bought the intake of Ebay and cut it upt to fit the stock box. On the intake I got there was a little leg on the back of the bend to attach a vacuum hose I just used a T fitting from o'reilly's and attached both hoses to the fitting then routed the hose that was supplied from the fitting to the leg. It has been working great.

Dang, talk about bringing a thread back from the dead lol. Anyways, the two hoses are for PCV and EVAP system. They technically don't have to be hooked up, and it won't affect how the car runs. However, it's best to have it hooked up so you minimize the extra amount of emissions from your car.

Thank you, although I just went ahead and ran new hoses to the intake tube.

just get small breathers and put those where the hoses go. those hoses do not NEED to be hooked to the intake. one is for emissions and have to do with recycling gases and the other i believe is a crank case breather (new to Lexus, so could be wrong on the second one and don't have it here to look at).

Apparently, it is only for looks and not functional at all, I saw it on the website written on the image...I probably wouldn't waste my money on it either, if it is not functional.

Looked great except it didn't have the heat shield Still for 8.95 it has to work like the k&N which cost over 240.00. Maybe i'll order it...
