Such a kit should be able to work on the older 2JZ-GE engine given it has the pre OBDii (and 95 and older is perfect). Only criticism I have about the setup are:
1) boost controller
2) what is correcting the air to fuel ratio... VPC?
3) higher boost levels need forged pistons
4) kit and site is out-dated... might be cheaper for the kit now
On top of that kit, I suggest upgrading to larger injectors rather than use AIC and higher output fuel pump... kinda "caveman."
I think a couple of guys in the SC section should be able to help you because there are many NA turbo SCs in that forum. Hope that helps.
