Default GS headlight lense

One of my headlight was replace with a brand new one. Now one side looks great while the other side looks hazy. HID headlights are very expensive to replace, I was wondering if the lense can be replaced? Is it possible to take off the lense? TIA.

just try to buff up the hazy lens.

It it's really bad, wet sand it with a fine sand paper, then buff it up with a fine compound of your choice

This is what I did, but it just doesn't compare to the new one. How hard it is to take off the lense?

The hard part is getting it off your car...After that, heat it up and pry away..

Plenty of DIY's out there

I use Flitz something to clean lenses...works great, makes my lights look like new again

best to buy a brand new housing and swop over all your old part to the new housing.

i don't think they sell lenses only.

Before you try any thing drastic,

Use "BlueMagic Plastic and vinyl cleaner". It dries out as a haze and you simply buff it off. I tried it on my RX and it is as clear as when it was new.

no you cant buy a replacement lens from the dealer... although that would be a great money maker for all dealerships nationwide.. to make new car have interchangeable lens so when they are abused over time you can just swap it out for a new one..
