Don't really need to ask anybody. When I called this morning, 7:30 AM PST, I just told the lady I wanted to place an order on HFI/ECU for GS430. She immediately told me the price will be $625 shipped and asked me couple questions. I wonder when I will receive it.

You don't need to sell me on the enhanced performance and fuel economy that it provides. I've read about that to no end and REALLY want this part. However, I'm somewhat of a stickler for my warranty. Someone please tell what's the WORST that could happen if I make this mod! Who's responsible if it causes something to go badly wrong and it's completely attributable to the intake? I'm not saying that WILL happen, but who do I turn to to get my engine fixed?

My friend, I think no one can answer you that question. In fact, it depends on your dealer's attitude towards modifications. If something goes wrong, the dealer could blame you even if the intake has nothing to do with it!

I have had the SRT intake for 14 months now, and I can say it is as reliable as the Lexus! Also, I haven't heard any negatives from other members.

Bottom line, risking or not your warranty, it depends on your dealers state of mind. You may also consider removing the intake each time you take your car for service.
