Default Thanks!

Thanks for the AWESOME welcome dudes/dudettes .

Funny thing was, I NEVER really liked this style ever since I can remember, BUT after a ride in my friends 02 GS430 with the Levinson/Nav, I was hooked!

A little background on why I decided to get this car.

2 Months ago, I decided to buy a 96 NSX-T as it is my DREAM CAR and now have the opportunity to get it. As much as I love driving this car, my Family can't enjoy it as there are 4 of us.

We have a 2000 Infiniti QX4 that sucks on gas really bad and my 97 Accord which is my daily commuter (180 Miles to and from work). I decided that I wanted to be MORE comfortable on my daily drive with decent gas mileage AND the family can fit comfortably with good reliability.

It came down to a NEW Acura TL, a NEW TSX w/Nav, Bimmer 530i and the GS300. SInce I do not like to waste money on a depreciating item (like CARS) I decided on a used GS300 with VERY LOW MILES at a depreciated price (Got the car for $22K even , love the end of the month specials).

As far as plans for upgrade/mod go, I think this car will get the Stereo treatment with CDT components, ID MAX 10" on the factory location and Tru Technology amps. I will also do the HID Upgrade as soon as I find a good deal on it AND maybe the L-tuned S/S package. As soon as the brand new tires are gone, I will upgrade to some bigger staggered wheels/tires set-up.

Thats about it, and I will make sure to document and post my progress with photos on here.

Thanks again
Mike

Yes..Please do..
I want:

To lower the car for a little less floaty ride.. (I.e L-Tuned S/S)
To Get HIDs be it swapping OEMs from a GS400/430 to my GS3 or Buying a complete HID Kit.
To Get a better sounding stereo system, new sub/amp/Double Din NAV (Maybe)/Comp Set (6.5" drivers a must).
To tint the windows with the Lightest tint legal in SoCal.
To Get the OEM GS430 Wheels 18" with 15 spokes??
To Get the L-Tuned side skirts and Front lip.

What do you think this will set me back in $$ WITHOUT the Stereo Stuff as i can get these fairly cheap.

Mike
