Just got my GS300 last Sat., I noticed the drivers side exhaust pipe is hanging down about an inch or two lower than the passenger side. The dealer says this is "normal" and I haven't had time to look at other GS's. Can anyone help clear this up??? I'll try and attach a photo and ya'll let me know if you notice it.

yes i notice it. there are two things you can do. you can try and pull them up with your hand which may not do much. Or you can go to any muffler shop and have them loosen the muffler and re-align them. you can have the dealer do it if you feel more comftorble, or if you are mechanicly inclined you can do it yourself.

I keep telling people I'm not crazy, new GS430 here and driver side tail pipe is lower than the other side.

It is a warranty fix by the dealer, they ordered a new center pipe or hanger to fix this. There is a fix, just go back to your dealer and tell them about others having this problem.

Hope this helps. I go in next week to have it finished.

Shame that it's a new car and QC does not catch this obvious defect. I also mention this already in another Thread.
