Just replaced all mine ( front & back door's ) MAN what a big difference you have to think of it this way 2, it's a piece of rubber after a while they wear out on a car 8 years old. So for $80.00 and about 1 hour of time this is money well spent

i just replaced all 4 of mines too. all you have to do is unscrew those 3 10mm's nuts for the front door and 4 10mm's nuts for the rear doors. then you pop off that panel that the moulding is attached to. there is a lot of double sided tape behind the panel so you might need a razor to slice it and make it easier for the panel to pop off. after you have popped off the panel you will see some screws securing the moulding to the panel. unscrew those then slide off the moulding. thats it!

Both my driver and passenger front doors are doing it. About 3inches of the stuff was coming off and just hanging. I went to a local hobby store and picked up some Plastic cement. I guess it's stuff they use to build plastic car models, appied some to the moldings and held it to the door with stuff I had around that was the proper height. After letting it sit for about 3 hours it was good to go. Its been about a month since I did it and no signs of it coming back off. I go over the surface often since I wax the car with my porter cable once a week, pretty strong stuff. Great, cheap solution that worked for me.

Cost of cement: $2.99

I did the silicone and it lasted about less then 1yr and started cracking off at the end again. Mine looks pretty weathered anyway so I figured I would just replace them all.
