I have the same problem, the lights come on and go off by themselves. I had the code pulled at a Tire Kingdom by a buddy of mine, and it was reading a bad TPS (throttle position sensor)code. It kinda makes sense to me since everytime the lights come on the car feels like it wont accelerate no matter if the paddle is down to the floor. I never got it changed either, i just shut the car off after the lights come on, wait about 20 seconds and start it up again. It drives normal again after i start it up, the lights go off eventually, usually within an hour or so of driving. The price for the sensor is $250 at the cost my buddy gets it, so im not sure how much the dealer would charge for it, its fairly easy to change though!

I did a search on this a couple of months ago since mine turned on, I've reset the ECU and it hasn't come back on (knock on wood).

There's a few threads on this and it's always been the TPS sensor. But it's always better to have it checked for a more precise diagnosis.
