heres the deal,
i finally made my choice of rims they are the A-Tech 785's they will be just like the pic below except they will be chrome. I think i'm gonna get 17's though cause I don't want any noise! and i feel like 18s are gonna make to much noise and plus there are a gang of pot holes everywhere. lemme know what you think about the rims and the size decision.

thanks

i've heard that 18's with the right tires are much quieter than stock. also i dont think 17s would look to good with those rims no offence.

don't worry about potholes, 18s can take it.

they're nice looking rims though!

I would go with staggered 18s to fill out the rear wheelwells better.

Sasha's right. For instance, my 18" Toyo T1-S are quieter than the stock 17" Bridgestones.

Definately get 18's !! People who usually get aftermarket rims usually get AT LEAST 18's.

Get the 18's!! I had the same decision in front of me and 18's are a good choice. My friend Mike has them on his GS4 which is also lowered and it rides REALLY NICE and there isn't much noise...... if any!!!

As for rims I would go staggered with 18x8.5 f and 18x9.5 rear!!

As for tires... I would recomment
BRIDGESTONE POTENZA RE730

http://www.tirerack.com/tires

Look at the reviews for the tires!! They are wonderful. There also is a memeber here who has these on 18's and said they are QUIETER than stock. This is what I will be getting........

Hope this helps....

Just FYI - These are 100% knock-offs of the Altstadt IV's and they're cheap 1-piece that "look like" 3-piece rims too...if you can, I would avoid buying these...now you know...dont' make a mistake the first time...

Bridgestone RE730. I have them on my GS with RacingHart C5. Great tyres and great price from tirerack.
