Yellow fogs or HID fogs
#16
yellow fogs, hands down. It's what Lexus is known for and its the only manufacturer that does this. I debated switching my yellows to clear, but 00+ maximas with fogs are all clear and i didnt want a car that looked like a max from the front at night.
i just put silverstar 9006 in for fogs, and they look real crisp now....

As far as exclusivity - how many cars come stock with clear HID fogs?

I think the fogs are 9006 bulbs. Same bulb as the (non-hid) Halogen headlight low beam uses in the GS. You can pick up a set of silverstars at walmart or any car parts store. Personally, I don't think the Silverstars are "white" enough. Yes...they are whiter than stock but not by much. I am going to pick up a set of 7500K or 8500K MTEC or PIAA bulbs and see how those look. I will post pix after i order them and get it installed. As a note these bulbs say 7500/8500 probably for (ricer) marketing reasons, but when put on a kelvin meter they are around 5500k or so and not the 8500k rating(it would be blue as hell if it was really 8500). A 5500k color is VERY close to the stock white HID color just slightly bluer. It's great for a clean look if you want to go all white like what I'm planning to do. If you swap your HID bulb to a 6000k (Philips Ultinon 6k) the two bulb sets will look bad ***.

In my opinion, YELLOW. That is what makes a GS4 a 4 . If you do decide to go uniform with the HIDS, I think it depends on the color of the car. Silver looks the best to me with all-HID lights. Again though, the yellow is hot, you see it from so far away, and you know it can only be a Lex. I know so many people who try to get yellow bulbs for their fogs to imitate the lex, not knowing that the banana-ish yellow color is due to the housing...haha...
