On issue, if the accident was not your fault then just involve the insurance companies. If you don't want to do that just get several estimates yourself and have them take it to the cheapest place. As long as they do a good job everyone should be happy

No, it's not true.
As my first-year contracts professor told us in law school, don't leave your common sense outside when you come in the door.
You need to report this accident to your insurance company. You run the risk of voiding your coverage for this accident if you don't notify your insurer. You will want to have your insurer on notice particularly If the other driver is saying that the accident was your fault.

cell phone cameras are very useful or one of those 7dollar from wal mart comes handy...
as for your accident. you really didn't tell us in detail what happend.. someone just hit your front bumper while you're at park??.

oh well it wasnt anything horrible .. i was just peeking out because there was this huge surburban in my way in the parking lot and then came a car coming towards me really quick and we both hit our brakes hard and she scraped my front bumper while her fender got smashed in .. i was surprised on how well my plastic front bumper did against the metal fender ... the situation was settled and is now over. still looking for a place to fix my front bumper as well as my rear bumper that someone hit while i was away in a parking lot .. nothig major though.
