Looks like OEM side mirror assembly with the Marker EXE caps with MB E-class style blinker units.

Either get the JP side mirrors for a arm and a leg or just get the ones that look almost like the JP ones but are just covers, i mean they don't look too bad. DO THEY?
I am in to get some for mine but will wait a bit for more pics on the bulkiness and size it seems to have, basically how the fitting is on them.

I don't believe you have to drill them, you can just take them through the side of the door panel and them take them to the cluster and connect. Correct me if i am wrong.

you have to drill the stock mirrow, so you can hide the wires inside and then down the door panel to the cluster. unless you want to run it outside of the mirror, but that's probably the worst way.

to be honest, i have NOT found a cover that looks good on the gs, toms, etc.... none of them. they all look weird, too big, too square, etc... that's why to me replacement is the only option, where you can get a more "natural" look on it.

but then over 2 grands for these jp that's just too much for my taste. and 1300 for taillights was already a far stretch to me. oh well i am cheap so

I agree with Henry....you need to drill the OEM shell to hide the blinker wires.

Is there any pictures of those covers that show how they look all around rather than just showing the turn led signal, i would actually want to see how bulky it looks all around, top bottom, front and back

If anyone has any can you pls get some pics and post them on this thread
