Dude, there is no way you can take out the yellow cap in the fog lights in one piece. People break the yellow cap if they want some clear fog lights.
If you want yellow lights, I recommened buying some aftermarket yellow lights, preferably MAX GOLD yellow fog lights. You can find them at most places that sells 9006 light bulbs.
