Same thing happened to me, 2 cracks in 2 days and for that reason I chose to go to a 0 deductable with my compehensive insurance. it's already come in handy on a couple of occasions and actually didn't increase my policy all that much.

Good luck,

Where do I find this company PP&G?

In all my years of driving and all my cars this has never happened to me, and go figure it happens to my new baby in back-to-back days!

To make matters worse ive been told that a new windshield from lexus runs about $700... does anybody know if thats true?

They transport by Freight truck, very expensive way for one box!

Glass-$599.00
top w/s mldg-$21.00
Install-$175.00[/QUOTE]

Above is quote from Steve @ Carson Toyota when I asked him about a new windshield for a GS. That price was for local pick-up, shipping would be quite expensive as special freight is required to guard against breakage en route.

I just ran your car for you. $255.36 (not including taxes)

Thanks I probably will go with that as long as it has that rain repellant like the oem one from the dealer...
