A friend of mine is looking to buy a GS in the near future and he is dead set on getting one in blue. The only problem is that he wants the black interior. I have been telling him that I have never seen one with that color combination other than TTurboPimp and I figure that his is all custom. Are they available in that color combination? Another friend of mine says that they only come in that color combination on the GS300 and not the 400. Can someone please just set the record straight for me. Thanks. BTW if anyone knows of a Blue/Black GS400 with Xenon/Navi let me know because that is exactly what he is looking for. Thanks Again.

First on all, the Blue with black interior is BlueLex, not TTurboPimp. Bluelex did a complete interior swap to achive that look. Most of the SBM have tan interior. Grey is avaliable also and so is black but VERY rare. I have only seen two ever. If you do a search, you will see a pic of one. I asked the same question a year or so ago wanting that combo. Settled on grey interior. They come in both 300 and 400 btw. Hope that helps.

nothing to do with 300 or 400, it's just by luck. they didnt' make a lot of blue to begin with, and most of them come with tan, some grey, and black is rare of rare. really good luck in finding one. i think i have only seen one so far....

Come to think of it, I have never seen a blue with black interior either.

Finding one is possible, I just think its going to be very hard. blue/blk, red/blk and white/blk have been made but not many are around. My car was blue with tan but I really wanted blk interior so I converted mine to blk with blue suede inserts, Automan has blue with blk but his car was originally blk on blk and he repainted his car blue so thats how he did his blue/blk combo. The only one I've ever seen was a guy from Canada screen name iceplatnium or something like that, his is the only oem blue with blk I know. Good luck...

I was originally looking for blue on black - after a year of searching, I gave up after I found a blue on grey. Supposedly the original owner had ordered it that way - it was purchased new at Longo Lexus).

I actually really like the grey interior. Black can be fairly austere sometimes- while it is handsome, it can be like sitting in a black hole. The grey interior is actually two-tone, with the top of the dash and part of the door panels being lighter grey. Here's what the grey looks like- I added the darker grey suede inserts.

Whats up Boost Addct, well I do have a Blue with Black interior 2000 GS 400. So yes it does exist, but I guess not too many since I have never seen any the same around here except for GS 300's.
