Default how high are you?(suspension)

how high is the bottom of your fenders from the ground? the distance I'm referring to is shown below.

I just measured mine as a baseline before the coils are installed. I'm curious what others height is with different wheel/suspension combos. here are my measurements from bottom of fender trim. here are my heights, stock w/245-40-18s.

mods, can this please stay in main 2nd gen forum for a while?

I'm 26 1/4" all around with 245/35/20 which is 1" taller than stock. This is probably the lowest setting you can have for 20's. You'll hit the inside wheel liner if you go even lower.

Just a thought. Wouldn't just the slightest change in elevation of the ground, change the measurement? I could be wrong, but it just seems like it would.

But I guess that would be the outcome regaurdless of what points you measure at.

Don't worry. We're talking about inch here not nano-meter, so +/- 1/16" difference is acceptable.

With a half tank of gas, I got 26 1/4 on all except the right rear. It had 26 1/2

btw, this is with 245/40/18 F and 275/35/18 R

Hmmmm....................interesting.

I have 26 3/4" all around with the exception of the passenger side rear which is 27 1/4".

This is with the Tein CS on 245/35/20 all around. This is also with a full tank of gas.

Should I look into this or is it normal for one of the measurements to bee off like that ?

Wow that's high. Same rim/tire setup on Tein Flex:

25 7/8" front
26" rear

(full tank)

(no rubbing whatsoever)
