This is what's done for the GS430 I'm sure it's similar in the GS4

Replace a/c filter
Replace brake fluid
Replace engine air filter
Replace engine coolant
Replace engine oil and oil filter
Replace timing belt
Retorque drive shaft flange boots
Rotate tires
Road test
Inspect everything

It's listed in your Owner's Manual Supplement

in addition to my timing belt, the serpentine belt on mine was changed too at 90K. I paid about $1200 of my 90K service...shouldve gone to Exact instead of the lexus service place I went to (not a dealership)

Default 90K service

I kept on driving another 7000 miles and went in at 97,000. Did the water pump as well as the timing belt. I paid $1300 and was happy knowing that I wouldn't be spending that much again for a long time. I got a loaner car, a donut and a diet coke. The only thing that I was unhappy with was seeing my car covered in pollen when I came to pick it up. I want it to look as good as it drives Lexus! I don't go back to the dealer much anymore for repairs.

Ouch! I'm putting my 90k service off until 95k just so I can save a little money!! Warranty also runs out at 100k...anything else I should have done/looked at while in warranty?

Default Where's that Cali guy that said Seattle isn't that expensive??

I called my local Lexus dealership about the 90K service (which THANK GOD was completed) and I was quoted $1400 WITHOUT timing belt replacement. WITH timing belt replacement you only add another $741 for a GRAND TOTAL OF $2141!!! (Luckily the 100K service is only $139.)
Here's what had me ROLLIN though...these are the guys EXACT words "but we give you a loaner car and a car wash with that" (like thats gonna make it seem like a 'sweet deal')
