Its pretty easy.

I had my car broken into several times and had to change the door handles / key locks several times. Take the interior door panel off...peel back the plastic barrier....you should see three bolts holding the door handle in there...take them off...the rest should be pretty easy to figure out..

OH one more thing....DO NOT DROP the bolts into the door unless you are a good fisherman.

Good luck.

If you want right and left matching keys, then you have to get the lock cylinder keys rekeyed....can be done locally at a good locksmith or lexus dealer...

You can remove the lock cylinders from the OEM handles and install them on the chrome ones.
