Good news, I contacted Summit Racing and they have agreed to offer Club Lexus members special pricing on the Borla S/S rear exhaust section p/n bor-11733.
Their list price is already one of the lowest available at $406. If 20 of us participate, they will lower the price to $371, shipped. Lower discounts are also available depending on how many of us buy in. This is a great price, I've seen used Borla's go for almost this much.
I'd like to get back to Summit with an accurate head count of those who will commit to this deal by the end of the week.
If you're interested leave me a PM for more information.
(BTW, I am not affiliated with Summit, I just wanted to buy this exhaust and didnt think it would hurt to ask if they'd lower the price for us.)

Hello, Here are the prices. The shipping is free in the USA excluding Hawaii and Alaska. The order will have a 6.75 handling charge. If you decide to make the group purchase we will need all of the names, addresses, phone numbers, and method of payment before any of the product is shipped with the special pricing. Let me know. borla/summit site is so outdated. several members w/gs430 have the borlas on their cars. RACING ARISTO is an example. one of the local dealer's general manager also has the borlas on his blk gs430-the tip fills out the bumper opening very nicely in an aggressive manner.
betweem gs400+gs430, there have not been dramatic changes in the stock exhaust, except the gs430's muffler tip is slightly larger.

I *might* be in for the group buy. My brother-in-law found a guy with quad exhausts that i wanted at last 
I'm going to visit him in two weeks when he comes back from vacation to hear how it sounds on his GS. He also has the WIN racing bodykit.
Frankly, i have NEVER seen a bodykit on a 98+ GS in NYC.

Not sure if I will try another set of blubs unless I can find a buyer for my PIAA. However, I do plan on painting the calipers, putting on TRD shoulder pad (maybe), installing SRT's HFI/ECU in the beginning of Aug. 
I took my car in for 15k miles service, and they told me I still have 85% of pad left so I push the brake upgrade later to when I need it. Do you know who makes the aftermarket body kit that is made of polyurethane, except RMM, LSportline and LECS?

i've got a message into summit regarding which tip design they'll be providing. stand by for more information.
also, from the demand so far we'll probably extend the deadline for CL participants until the first or second week of august. summit has agreed to honor the prices as long as we get our final headcount in to them sometime in the next 'few weeks'. i dont want to push it too far out though.
will post more information shortly.
