Hang in there. Any car will have these sort of problems eventually. Doesn't seem to be an O2 sensor problem. If it's making a screaching sound when you turn the ignition key, then I think it's the starter. Should be easy to work on since you've got the GS300.
OK OK probably its the starter.

Make sure your battery connections are tight!
Go to your local autozone and have them test your alternator.. Your car is probably draining all the power from your battery because the alternator is not charging it up meaning it is running low. The fact that you said your amp didn't work leaves me to belive it is definitely the alternator since you are using more power by having the amp.
If that is not the solution, it is definitely the starter!

few things
battery, starter aka solinoid pak. One of these two things. maybe a drain through a aftermarket stereo. If your car is a older model, it will need these replaced. I replaced my starter two years ago. It failed on me the morning of my finals in college. Its not bad luck, it just happens.

This sounds like the starter is the first place you should check. If you can rule that out, then the coil packs. Also, as others have said, check the obvious things like battery connections too!

its funny, when it works the GS is a great car. When it doesn't, it seems all problems just keep on coming. In a lot of ways the car's fairly problem free, but man when those problems come up watch out bank account!!

Thanks everyone for all the help and support!! Well i tried today and no luck with it turning over like i posted before its not clicking its trying to turn over but it just screaches like it wants to. I was going to bring it by my dads shop today but it still wouldnt start so i bought jumper cables tonight and i am going to try to jump it to double check the battery and if it starts i will "RACE IT" over to the shop and see what he comes up with!!
IF it is a starter....How much for parts??
If it is the alternator...How much for a new one??
Im just trying to get an idea of price.....HOPEFULLY its a battery problem BUT IF ITS DRAINING like that then it MUST be something with the AMP because the amp wont come on!
I'll updat ya'll tomorrow...Thanks For the Support EVERYONE!!

When I replaced my alternator the alternator itself was 300 something and the labor was 100.
