Default What was your longest Road Trip (in your GS)??

Hey Guys,

I'm thinking about putting my baby (01' GS430) on the road this weekend for a 5 - 6 hour trip and wondered what is the longest road trip you have taken in your GS and how did she hold up??

Lemme Know!!

P.S. I'm still thinking about getting a rental, the thought of bug splatter on the nose of my baby is not sitting to well with me

I just went from Chicago to Montreal & back last 2 weeks. My first big road trip with my baby. 13 hours each way - stopping only for gas. The best road trip cars EVER! (Lexuses-Lexi?)

The only thing that sucks is all the new rock chips in my hood.

No long trips yet, but I do commute 62 miles which keeps me in the car for about an hour and 10 minutes each way out on the highway with the cruise set at 72 if weather/traffic conditions allow it. The car is amazingly smooth and quiet, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't perform the same driving it 1k+ miles on a trip. I would look forward to driving it anywhere.

From Florida to Australia. Beat that!

...I know what you're thinking. Water.

You mean you never hear of L-Tuned pontoons?

P.S. Fun when I got there, but the paddling killed me.

From NYC to New Hampshire about 500 plus miles round trip. She glides on the highway and i have taken her beyond 140 a few times to see how she handles. Feels like she can go 200 with no problem

Denver, CO where I picked up the car from the previous owner, to Dallas, TX. I think it was about 800 miles and was the smoothest, most relaxing 800 mile drive I have ever been on . I was also very suprised how good the gas milage was with the car set on cruise running about 80. It was also the first time I got to drive the car so how could I not enjoy it
