Default Maintanence and tune up

Hi everyone, I am fixing to do some maintanence to my new 2000 Lexus GS 400. Can someone advise me what brand plugs were used in my car stock? After looking through some posts, I believe they are either Denso Iridium or NGK Iridium.

I am also planning on draining and refilling the coolant. What coolant do you guys use? I know they have the coolant that is supposed to work with everything but I think it would be better to get the lexus coolant, right?

Just looking on lexus EPC, they are the DENSO IRIDIUM plugs (Part# 90919-01210).
Only Lexus/Toyota coolant (Part# 00272-1llac-01 the red stuff).
