brake growl ever since brake job

Anytime I slow down at anything more than very light breaking i am now getting a growl. Brake job was done by a houston lexus dealer. I gave it at least 500 miles to bed the pads. Still not very good.

Take it back
Take it back. First thing I would do is inspect the brakes. Make sure they did not put a pad on backwards-Hey it happens-I see it all the time. Other then that, check the condition of the rotors to see if they turned them properly. To fast of a turn and tiny grooves are created on the surface which the pads can grab and chatter/growl. Either way, if you paid someone-take it back and get it done right. Hope this helps.

i figured it would quite down after a while but nope
i happened to watch and they looked like they put them in right. Rotor cleaned up good (good turning pattern). Its gone now and just showing shiny metal, but the growl is still there. I have not sent in the survey yet.. but i will sure tell them about there also.
