Should I put GS300 badges on GS430?
#3
lol.... thats a funny idea... although im guessing that people who dont own or know too much about gs' wouldnt know that 300's are slower than 430's... that would probably work better on someone who knows the engine difference and how the car performs =)

Remove them badges
I agree, if you are going to change the badges to gs300, why not just not have any at all.
I would however save your badges as you will probably wish to re-install them upon sale of the vehicle.

I think there was another thread about this a long *** time ago, with a guy asking the same thing. If i'm not mistaken he GOT BASHED! CL is getting a lot gentler in its increasing years.

P.S. Nah, don't do it, like someone else said, someone would have to know the difference in engine types to even understand the power differences. Just debadge, or leave the "L" symbol in the middle, it looks pretty cool all alone.

i'm sure you could find someone on here to trade your 430 badges for 300 badges. save you some money from buying new ones if you are really going to do it. i vote on debadging all together.

Yea, i would definately debadge over putting on a 300. It's crossed my mind to debadge as well. I might get around to doing it this spring. I kinda like the 430 in the back tho.

this is gonna sound like a stupid question, but are the badges stuck with just adehesives? or do they attach by holes in the trunk? does this also go with the Lexus "L" in the center?
