I got a tint job on my ride a couple years back and two of the windows had what you seem to be describing. Very, very, very small bubbles...maybe 5 on a window.
I have completely forgotten about them until you posted this thread and they have not gotten any bigger or caused any problems since I got the tint done. So it shouldn't be anything to worry about. Did you get a lifetime warranty w/ your tint???

Quick fix..
Ok here is a quick fix tip on the bubbles on your tint..
Get a spray bottle and put some Ivory soap and water in it.. Shake it up and spray on the area where the bubbles are (This is lubrication so you won't scratch the tint).. Then use the edge of a credit and go at 45 degree angles at the bubbles and you should be able to squeeze the air out.. Take your time and they will disappear.. Other than that just bring it back to the place where you tinted it and if they are good they will fix the problem..
Hope that helps!
