Joined the Club...Purchased a 1998 GS400
After looking for over 2 years I finally made the leap and purchased. I was driving a 1991 Acura Legend 4door LS with 168k and 2 weeks ago I bought a 1998 GS400. Was looking at a GS300 and was seriously in till I test drove it and wasnt impressed with the pick-up. Bought a 1998 GS400 silver/black interior. w Nav, spoiler, 17' chrome wheels with 115,000 for $14,200. Decided to go with an older model with more miles on it so I wouldnt be afraid to drive it around. :-) Was kinda concerned about the mileage till I did my research on this board, Really appreciate all the information and experience provided on this site which made the purchase much easier.

GSBeliever, you and I must be twins or something 
I'm about to buy a 1998 GS400 with 119k miles for about $14k also. It's the same color as your car with the same chrome rims. No navigation though (good for me).
To top it off, my current car (well totaled) is a 1992 acura legend LS 4dr. God forbids if your car was green too!

Yea, maybe we were seperated at birth....that is a funny coincidence GSteg, My Acura was actually Desert Mist. Loved that car. Had a really hard time trading it in but after I drove the GS400 I was sold. Nuff said
Im located in Santa Barbara. The city without a Lexus dealership or a single Lexus garage...I cant figure this one out. Sounds like LuxuryMotorWorks in Monrovia comes highly recommended.
