I have been looking at some after market navaid systems and they are WAY BETTER than the factory one. Of course most after market stuff are. My question is how much does the factory navaid option cost. I can get a state of the art Kenwood Navaid that plays DVD, TV Tuner, CD, With touch screen, and High resolution rendered graphic for fewer than five thousand with instillation. So how much did you guys pay for yours?

If you are speaking of terms of getting the factory nav BEFORE you bought your GS then it would be a good idea. Though, if you have your GS already W/O the factory NAV and want to install the factory nav, don't even bother. I have not seen till this day anyone putting factory nav into their GS. It costs too much. I also had thoughts of doing that but from what people are saying, its $10k and up !
Best bet is to get your kenwood, alpine powernav or pioneer. You can't lose with those 3.
