Had the same problem with mine.
You are missing a bracket and some screws. One end of the bracket will attach to the grill and the other end will attach to the handle.

Maybe its the lighting but the grill doesnt look like it fits right on your car. It should fit perfect. It is a Lexus part.

That grill should fit perfect. The L-Tuned fits better than my RMM. I think maybe ur bumper is mis-aligned or something...

rottweiler,
go to the gallery /GS section and do search for "L-tuned grill" you'll see about 5 grills up close.

You are missinga latch bracket that attaches to the grill and the hood lever attaches to the latch..
The clips that are on your L-tuned grill is it threaded so that you only need a screw w/o a nut??
LMW sold some close out L-tuned grill w/o hardware latch and mesh screens I think Sewell Lexus sold some also.
The guy that sold you the grill probably never got a latch.

The pics are of how the latch hooks up. I custom made afew latches and was test fitting them.

If you need one let me know I 'm going to send them to get powder coated here shortly. They are not real hard to make . I used some 1/16" or .0625 aluminum . I ended going to a machine shop because I could not get the elongated hole to right where it did not look ghetto.

Latch made to look like ISOLDOUT's original L-uned latch.

latched done painted black

rough finish before latch holes drilled.
