Question on a shift ****.

Can anyone tell me what kind of **** is this and where I can purchase one? I tooks this off of the gallery. Also, i realy liked the **** off of the Infiniti Q45 and it looks like the one below.

My sis has that shifknob as well, but in blackwood. I believe that is an exclusive Sportdesign ****.

if it's black, then very likely it's the sport design. (the sc430 PB edition has it too, but very rare on availability). if it's brown, very likely it's sc430
